Hola a todos. Hoy estamos aquí para hablar sobre las razones por las que a las personas con asperger, con frecuencia, no les gusta mirar a los ojos.
La razón principal es bastante simple y enrevesada a la vez: debido a que estas personas suelen tener dificultades para la interpretación de gestos y comunicación no verbal, muchas veces se pueden sentir frustrados por esa falta de comprensión y prefieren evitar la mirada.
Aunque es cierto, que también hay personas con esta condición que miran a la cara, pero no directamente a los ojos, sino a la nariz o a la frente… esto lo suelen hacer algunos por respeto y se debe a que mirar a los ojos les impone ¿Por qué? Porque eso se considera mirar al alma de la otra persona y los ojos les imponen ya que les transmiten demasiada información… es una de las condiciones del asperger, les impone mirar de manera tan directa a los ojos, cosa que a los neurotípicos no, estos lo consideran insignificante.
Así que mi recomendación es, la próxima vez que trates con alguien con asperger, no fuerces la mirada ni le obligues a mirarte, hay que comprender que eso le impone y le puede llegar a agobiar.
Recuerda: no evita mirarte con mala intención, sino por evitar la tensión.
